Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation letter and an invoice to your e-mail address.
If your order contains products with varying production/shipping dates, your order will be assessed by the product with longest lead time.

In collaboration with different currier partners your order will be delivered to your door. The exact cost will be shown once you finalize your order. If you would like to have help lifting the ordered product indoors then please contact us before ordering (info[at] or make a request in the comments during checkout. This an addition service and has an additional fee. The exact cost of the service depends on the measurements and weight of the product.

We ship to all countries across Europe. Currently shipping cost is automatically calculated for Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic, Holland, Belgium and Germany (just proceed with the checkout). For other countries just drop us a line at or call +372 6022252 between 11:00 - 19:00 GMT+2 (Tallinn, Estonia), Monday to Friday and we will come back to you with an offer for shipping cost. Our international shipping partner is Dachser (delivery to front door of the building).

Products are delivered in flat packages and need assembly. 


According to Law of Obligations Act section 56 a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days. In the case of physical goods, the deadline starts from the day consumer has received the product.

Products which have been designed and produced with specific requirements of the consumer cannot be returned.

Once the consumer withdraws from distance contract, the seller must refund the cost of the product no later than 14 days from receiving the returned product. The consumer must return the product without delay no later than 14 days from submitting the refund notice to the seller.

To return your product it must be in original packaging and clearly unused. When removed from it's original packaging the item can only be examined like one would examine it in a physical store. The item must be clearly unused and repackaged so that it would not get damaged during its return trip.

- name of the product

- day you submitted the order

- day the product was received

- name of the buyer

- photos if possible

- contact details.

Payments will be refunded to the bank account that was used to make the purchase within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
